Chak-chak is an oriental dessert in the form of dough strips that are deep fried and mixed with honey syrup. The taste of chak-chak is sickly sweet and fragrant, thanks to the honey—based syrup.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sunflower oil, honey (27%), eggs, sugar, salt.
The consistency of the product is homogeneous, delicate and plastic. The taste is pleasant, it feels like there is a part of the liver in the composition.
The composition includes ground chicken, liver, fat and brains of pork, as well as a mixture of spices.
Pate can be consumed, for example, with tea.
