Description
Pickled cucumbers are a dish that is prepared from cucumbers by salting with the addition of various spices.
Usage: pickles can be eaten without additional processing. They are eaten both whole and added to various dishes in sliced form — in salads, soups, pickles.
Benefits: pickled cucumbers contain the same vitamins and minerals as fresh ones, only in smaller quantities, because some of the nutrients are destroyed during the salting process. Lactic acid, which is formed in pickles naturally during fermentation, has a beneficial effect on the intestinal microflora, stimulating the growth of beneficial bacteria.
Ingredients: Cucumbers, water, dill, horseradish, vinegar, sugar, spices (including mustard), salt.
