Description

Usage:
Adding to the base for pilaf. The seasoning is added at the stage of preparing the zirvak, the base for pilaf, consisting of meat, onions, carrots and vegetable oil. This allows the spices to reveal their flavor and soak up all the ingredients.
Falling asleep on top of rice. Some of the seasoning can be added on top of the rice layer after the zirvak is ready and the rice is laid out. This will enhance the flavor and give the rice a beautiful shade.
While cooking rice. A small amount of seasoning can be added while cooking rice so that it absorbs the flavor of the spices.
At the end of cooking. After cooking, you can sprinkle the pilaf with a small amount of seasoning for extra flavor.
