For a cooking bag, bring about 1 liter of lightly salted water to the boil. Immerse the bag and cook in the simmering water for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove the bag by sliding a fork into the handle provided for this purpose. Drain well. Open the bag with scissors and squeeze according to taste.
Can be refined with butter.
