Usage: mustard can be used for marinades (for example, added to marinades for pork, chicken, turkey), for sauces (it goes well with cream, tomato and mayonnaise sauces), as an independent ingredient (you can spread it on bread or put it on a plate next to a side dish) and for salad dressing.
