Description
Belotserkovskaya barley groats are a product made from whole unpolished barley grain that has undergone minimal technical processing. During the production process, barley is cleaned of flower films and other organic impurities, after which it is crushed to a state of coarse crumbs.
The taste of barley groats is mild, slightly nutty, slightly reminiscent of quinoa seeds.
