The use of such cabbage is possible as a salad. Before serving, it is removed from the brine, watered with unrefined sunflower oil, optionally sprinkled with onions and dill.
Also, low-salted cabbage can be used to prepare other dishes: it is stewed, fried, and boiled into cabbage soup or borscht.
