The color can range from pale yellow to dark shades of bronze. When fresh, honey has a liquid consistency, but crystallizes quickly enough, turning into a fine-grained mass.
The use of mountain honey is recommended in the morning on an empty stomach or before bedtime. For an adult, the daily dose is 80-100 grams, for children — up to 30-50 grams. Honey intake should be divided into 3-5 times.
