Russian kvass is a traditional Slavic drink made from kvass wort, flour and malt, rye bread with the addition of aromatic herbs, honey, and berries.
Usage: kvass is most often drunk in hot weather. The recommended dose is 1-2 glasses (200-400 ml) per day. It is better to consume it separately from food.

However, kvass is not recommended for use in cirrhosis of the liver, gastritis and hypertension.
