Description
Condensed milk with sugar is a delicacy for which water is evaporated from whole pasteurized milk and sugar is added. The product has a thick and uniform consistency of white or cream shade.
The taste of condensed milk with sugar is mild, sweet and salty, with milky notes.
Usage: condensed milk is used by confectioners in various creams and as an independent filling. Milk porridges are boiled on it, it is added to tea and coffee, or simply eaten with a spoon.
Benefits: condensed milk contains vitamins B, A and D, as well as PP, C, E, and H. It contains a lot of minerals: calcium, iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, sulfur, iodine, and selenium. Thanks to calcium, condensed milk is able to strengthen teeth, muscles and the entire bone system.
