Description
Hops-suneli is a fragrant seasoning consisting of dried and finely ground spices. It is traditionally used in Transcaucasia, mainly in Georgian cuisine.
Usage: hops-suneli is an ideal seasoning for any type of meat (beef, lamb, pork), poultry, fish and seafood, soups, ketchups, vegetable and bean dishes. To fully reveal the flavor of spices and herbs, add the seasoning 5-10 minutes before the dish is ready.
